What is SwishX?

SwishX is a collectibles platform built for you to rip, collect, and own real cards. Pick a pack, rip it, and every card you pull is authentic — either a professionally graded slab or a factory-sealed card direct from the manufacturer — and it's yours. Hold your cards in your Vault, ship them to your door, or take a buyback offer to convert a card into wallet balance.

How much of what I pay goes into the cards?

Every pack on SwishX is designed to a 100% value target — built so the combined fair market value of the cards in its pool matches the price of the pack. The full value of your purchase lives in the cards you can pull, not in a markup on top of them. Because card values move and pools are replenished in real time, the actual figure floats slightly around that target — sometimes a touch under (say, 98.5%), sometimes over (say, 102%). What never changes is the principle: no added premium for ripping, and the value built into every pack is right there in the odds and checklist for you to see. It's the whole idea behind SwishX — real cards, real value.

How do I know the odds are fair?

Every pack page shows the exact odds and a complete checklist of every card in the pool, organized by tier, before you buy. The odds shown when you buy are the odds locked for your pack. And as cards get pulled, our system automatically replenishes the pool from Swish's total inventory in real time — so the odds and value you see always reflect what's actually in play.

Is every card real?

Yes. Every card you pull is authentic — either a professionally graded slab (graded by the majors like PSA, BGS, and SGC, among others) or a factory-sealed card direct from the manufacturer. After a pull, your card is shown with its key details — the year, the card name, and, for graded cards, the grade. Each card is held in inventory at Swish, ready to ship whenever you want the physical copy.

What can I do with a card once I pull it?

Three things, always your call. Keep it safely in your Vault, ship the physical card to your door, or accept a buyback offer to turn it into wallet balance. Your cards stay yours until you decide.

Does it cost anything to create an account?

No. Creating an account is free. You only pay when you choose to buy a pack.

Who can use SwishX?

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SwishX. Each person may hold only one account on the platform.

Do I need to download an app?

No download required — SwishX runs right in your mobile and desktop browser. We don't currently have an iOS or Android app.

How do I buy and open a pack?

Browse the Shop, pick a pack, and purchase it. Once purchased, the pack appears on your screen — swipe across it to open. From there, an interactive card appears so you can reveal what's underneath. Once it's revealed, you choose what to do with the card.

How do I know what I might pull?

Every pack page shows the expected odds and a full checklist of the cards you could pull, organized by tier. Review it before you buy so you know exactly what's in the pool and how likely each outcome is. Nothing is hidden.

What are the pull tiers, and what is an X-Factor?

Cards are grouped into tiers by value, with dedicated reveal animations and sounds for the top tiers. From lowest to highest, the tiers are: Core → Prime → Epic → Legendary → X-Factor The X-Factor is the top tier — the standout pull and the highlight of any rip on SwishX.

Do the odds change while cards get pulled?

The odds shown when you buy are locked for your pack. Across the platform, when a card is pulled from a pool, our system automatically replenishes it from Swish's total inventory in real time. For example, if an X-Factor is pulled, another comparable card is immediately replenished into the system and available to hit — with the pool's value updating in real time as it happens.

Is every card real?

Yes — every card you pull is a real physical card. It's either a professionally graded slab (PSA, BGS, SGC, and more) or a factory-sealed card direct from the manufacturer. After a pull, your card is displayed with its key details — the year, the card name, and, for graded cards, the grade. Each card is held in inventory at Swish, ready to be shipped whenever you'd like the physical copy.

What is the Vault?

The Vault is where all the cards you pull are stored. From the Vault you can view each card's details, request a buyback offer, or request to have the physical card shipped to you.

What can I do with a card in my Vault?

Two options, any time: Request a buyback offer — convert the card into wallet balance (see Buybacks). Ship it — have the physical card mailed to you (see Shipping).

Do my cards expire if I leave them in the Vault?

Accepted Answer

No. Cards you pull remain yours and stay safely in your Vault until you decide to ship them or accept a buyback offer.

Can I trade a card for another, or trade with other users?

Not at this time. We don't currently support trading in a card for one of similar value, or trades between users on SwishX.

What is a buyback?

Accepted Answer

A buyback is SwishX offering to buy a card back from you for wallet balance, instead of you shipping the physical card. It's there for when you'd rather have balance than the card itself.

How do I request a buyback?

Accepted Answer

The moment you rip a pack, you're presented with a buyback offer that's good for 24 hours. You can accept it on the spot, or send the card to your Vault and accept the same offer any time within that 24-hour window.

What happens when the 24-hour offer expires?

Accepted Answer

After the initial 24-hour window, you can request an updated buyback offer from your Vault at any time — there's no expiration. Each updated offer reflects the card's real-time value. If you hold a card for a year and its value goes up, your buyback offer goes up with it. The buyback percentage after the initial 24-hour window will be 75%-80% of the card's FMV.

How is the instant buyback amount determined?

Buyback offers are set at a defined rate relative to the card's current fair market value — this can vary between 85-90% depending on the pack purchased. Note that after the initial 24-hour buyback period, you can request a new buyback offer, which will vary between 75-80%.

Where does the money go after I accept?

Accepted buyback proceeds are credited to your SwishX wallet. From there you can put the balance toward more packs or withdraw eligible funds (see Wallet).

How do I get the physical card?

Head to your Vault, select the card you'd like shipped, and click "Ship to Me." Confirm your shipping address and we'll send the physical card your way.

Will I be charged tax or shipping fees?

Accepted Answer

Applicable sales tax is calculated on cards you request to ship, based on your shipping address. Any shipping costs are shown at the time you place the request — you'll always see the details before you confirm.

Can I ship more than one card at a time?

Yes. You can request shipping on any number of cards in your Vault. Confirm your address when you place the request and we'll handle the rest.

How do I add funds to my wallet?

You can fund your wallet with a debit card or an ACH bank transfer. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also accepted — but you can't use a credit card through them, or the deposit will be declined.

Can I use a credit card?

Credit cards can be used for pack purchases only. They can't be used to load your wallet — to add wallet balance, use a debit card or ACH transfer.

How do withdrawals work?

You can withdraw eligible funds from your wallet — the balance you've earned from accepting buyback offers. By design, the platform doesn't let you deposit funds and withdraw them without opening packs: deposits are for ripping, and withdrawable balance comes from buybacks you've accepted.

How do I withdraw my balance?

Go to your Wallet, tap the three dots in the top right, select "Withdraw," and follow the on-screen instructions. Withdrawals are processed to your linked payout method and verified through Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments and payouts are handled through Stripe — a trusted, industry-standard payment processor. SwishX doesn't store your full card details on its own systems.
